LESI is a unique, concept-based premium-class apart-hotel, developed in collaboration with Balbek Bureau — one of Ukraine’s leading interior design studios.

This is not just a ready-made business, but a fully developed exclusive product with no direct equivalents on the market. The concept of the hotel integrates aesthetics, Kyiv’s cultural identity, and modern hospitality standards.

LESI is situated within a 450 m² luxurious penthouse spanning 3.5 upper floors of a historic building in the heart of the capital. The project holds strong potential for international acclaim and participation in prestigious global design competitions.

The hotel consists of 10 spacious rooms ranging from 22 to 40 sq.m., including two duplex apartments on the third floor. Each room features a unique design concept that combines comfort, modern style, and authentic elements of Kyiv’s culture.
