Our portfolio includes residential and commercial real estate assets in Kyiv, along with our own developments — including the concept-driven apart-hotel LESI.
On the investment side, we focus on traditional markets — primarily public equities.We invest in companies we believe in, often acquiring secondary shares at attractive valuations.As for venture capital, we participate selectively — co-investing with trusted funds in late-stage rounds, targeting businesses expected to go public within 2–3 years.
