By the end of 2024, nearly all positions from 2022 had recovered. Several new positions opened in 2024 delivered solid returns. This segment required minimal time involvement — the primary goal was recovery, which was successfully achieved.

Private Equity

Portfolio includes active positions in Kraken, AOTOmation, OYO Rooms, Cybereason, and One Zero Bank. Investments in Udacity and Convoy have been closed.

Real Estate

The properties are well-maintained and safe.

LESI - city-guide apartment hotel

The process has taken longer than expected, but construction is moving forward. The hotel is now scheduled to open by the end of 2025.
