Founded in 2020 by Nikita TSARENKO, B1MARS Capital (known as “B1MARS”) is a privately owned investment firm focused on public and private companies, real estate and crypto.

We focus on public equity investments, keeping a close eye on the companies we believe in and acquiring secondary shares at attractive levels. We partner with other funds for co-investment opportunities in private equity, targeting companies at the late stage rounds and poised for going public within the next 1-3 years. Our investments typically have a holding period of up to 3 years.

With a focus on the future growth potential of the capital of Ukraine, we invest in and hold residential and commercial real estate assets in Kiev. B1MARS is a founding company. We build our own projects, such as Biencraft and the Residential Hotel.

We partner with European, US, and Asian funds, stock to expand our portfolio and connect with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
